Keyu Liu
China University of Petroleum (East China - Qingdao)

Dr. Keyu Liu is a professor at China University of Petroleum (East China). He has a BSc from Ocean University of China (1984), a MSc from Sydney University (1989), and a PhD from the Australian National University (1993). Keyu worked in various institutes in Australia for 20 years including the Commonwealth Scientific and Research Organization (1993-96, 1998-2014) and Adelaide University (1996-97). His major research interests are in characterization of conventional and unconventional reservoirs, stratigraphic forward modelling, quantitative petroleum system analysis and laboratory experiments on enhanced oil and gas recovery and CO2 geosequestration. Keyu has co-authored over 150 SCI-indexed journal papers, 4 books, 20 patents. He is an active member of AAPG, SPE, AGU and Chinese Petroleum Society.
